With hands-on training, opportunities for advancement, and support at every stage, you can build a future that fits your goals and strengths. No matter where you begin, we are here to help you move forward.
Tire Technician
The Tire Technician role at Belle Tire opens the door to a variety of career paths based on your interests and strengths. It typically begins as a Tire Technician Trainee, where you’ll learn the basics of tire installation, repair, and customer service through hands-on training. From there, you can grow into the full Tire Technician role or explore different directions, like becoming a Warehouse Technician with a focus on inventory and organization, or training in auto glass repair as a Tire & Auto Glass Technician. As you build experience, you might choose to mentor others as a Tire Technician Trainer or expand your skills into broader vehicle care as a Tire & Lube Technician. Wherever you start, there is no one-size-fits-all path, only opportunities to grow your career in the direction that’s right for you.
Automotive and Alignment Technician
The Automotive & Alignment Technician path at Belle Tire can begin as an Automotive Technician Trainee, working alongside licensed technicians while learning the basics of full-service auto repair, or if you’re more focused on steering and suspension, you could start as an Alignment Technician Trainee and learn alignment procedures with guidance from certified techs. As you gain experience and complete state licensing requirements (if applicable), you can advance into roles like Alignment Technician or Automotive Technician, taking on more complex services like fluid maintenance, brake work, diagnostics, and customer communication. Whether you prefer specializing in alignments or becoming a well-rounded Automotive Tech, this path gives you the flexibility to shape a career that fits your strengths.
Sales and Management
The Sales and Management career path at Belle Tire offers many ways to grow based on your interests and strengths. You might start as a Sales Associate, helping customers by answering calls, explaining vehicle repair needs, and recommending services. From there, you could develop into the Manager in Training (MIT) program to gain hands-on experience in store operations like sales, hiring, and team development, learning directly from the Store Manager. Some progress into Assistant Manager roles, supporting daily operations and motivating the team while others may move directly into different leadership roles as they gain experience. Ultimately, the Store Manager leads the store’s overall performance, overseeing sales, customer satisfaction, and staff development. There is no single path but many opportunities to grow in the way that best suits you.
