The Director of Marketing -- Digital & Media Experience is responsible for developing, managing and executing Belle Tire's go-to-market strategy across all owned and paid consumer touch points--website, digital & traditional media. This position requires a demonstrated experience with navigating a complex, cross channel ecosystem and how media is woven throughout. The right candidate must be passionate about consumer behavior, digital media, technology and data.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Drive a fully integrated online to offline and offline to online marketing approach
  • Oversee the core paid media/advertising initiatives, strategies and programs across all advertising channels (traditional, digital, emerging)
  • Oversee ongoing evolution and management of owned digital properties like
  • Serve as a primary lead managing and working with media planning, media buying and digital experience agencies
  • Analyze market, customer and competitive trends and turn those insights into actionable strategies and innovative tactics to attract, engage, convert and grow customer; this also includes analyzing and reporting on the productivity and effectiveness of all media, digital and web efforts with the goal of continuous improvement and mining for opportunities

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business or related field
  • 8-10 years of experience with a measurable impact across all consumer engagement channels (TV, Print, Radio, Out of Home, Digital, Website, Digital Owned properties, etc.)
  • At least 5 years of digital and traditional media planning experience
  • Digital first expertise and/or professional digital native
  • Direct experience driving the strategic evolution and hands-on management of owned digital properties (including website)
  • Proven ability to move at the speed of retail while at the same time embracing the precision and performance accountability of weekly business KPIs within extremely complex campaign hierarchy
  • Strong analytical skill set and ability to translate data to performance
  • Track, analyze, and report data to uncover insights to refine and optimize the media plan/strategy, digital experience and inform creative
  • Retail experience is a significant plus
  • Ecommerce experience a plus

Working Conditions: Work days are typically Mon-Fri, some overtime may be required, and the position is considered on-call for all days of the week. Office environment requiring long periods of sitting, and operation of standard office equipment.
